“This was honestly the best urgent care experience I've ever had from reception to exit. The receptionist was incredibly understanding even though I did not yet have my insurance cards through my new employer, and she even was kind enough to look up my new information. The nurse and doctor that assisted me were both so kind and compassionate. I've had some past experiences where the physician had been condescending or seemed hurried, but the provider who saw me today spoke to me as an equal, demonstrated true empathy, and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. I felt genuinely cared for today and would 100% come back again.”

“I went in for a routine appointment and Dr. Neal noticed a freckle on my check and ask if I was open to him inquiring about it. Long story short Dr. Neal thought it could be melanoma and was adamant that I get it checked although my physician said it was nothing, and Dr. Neal made me promise to do so soon and to call him with the results. Dr Neal was correct and the dermatologist told me three time that my dentist saved my life. Yorktown Family Dentistry really cares about their patients.”

“I called this dental office in EXTREME pain today (I was referred there by Dr. Jon Rector) and they were able to get me in within ten minutes after calling. The front office lady (I believe her name is Tammy but I'm terrible with names) was by far the friendliest dental professional I've come in contact with. She helped me with paperwork and helped put my fears at ease. Her daughter in law was my dental assistant who also was absolutely amazing and friendly! They didn't make me feel like just another patient, but actually felt as if they truly cared about helping me. Between those two women, my visit was fantastic! I was set up with the appropriate antibiotics and scheduled next week for my root canal. Thankfully they're very accommodating and will provide "laughing gas" for my procedure as I'm TERRIFIED with any type of dental work. My overall experience at Dr. Davis' office was by far the best experience I've ever had at a dental facility. Now, hoping for a successful root canal! Thank you all!”

“Its been 3 months but wanted to share that I had a really bad back molar and did not want to lose it. Being since I had a rare blood cancer my jaw will break easier...with that and me being afraid to lose the tooth, Dr Davis saved my tooth!!! Did the root canal and capped it. Dr Davis and all his assistants are very gentle and very compassionate .Even sent me out the door with encouraging words. Wonderful trustworthy genuin human beings”
