“I was nervous to buy my first car from a dealership as my dad used to be a salesman and told me about all the things that could go wrong. I drove around the lot, only getting out of the car to check the prices and mileage because I was nervous about getting swarmed by pushy salesmen but that never happened. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured in to getting an expensive car that I didn’t want. I Also didn’t want to get a warranty until I saw how much it did cover. I ended up getting a beautiful 2012 GMC Acadia that was being sold at just over $13,000. I brought my non verbal autistic child with me who was having a hard time behaving in the office but the sales manager who sold me the vehicle, Dan Weidner, was so kind. He didn’t make me feel like he was annoyed with her behavior and he felt like a very genuine guy. One of the other salesmen even brought over some bubble wrap, candy and was showing her the sweet little cat that walks around their office, Eleanor, to entertain her. I was going to finance the vehicle through my credit union but they required that I place a $2,500 down payment to have the loan through them, Dan was able to help me get financing through the dealership without placing a down payment and getting an APR that was 1% higher than my credit union at the same term. My mom was helping me with the process and she told Dan the one thing she requested is an extra set of keys because I lose mine so often, his reply was “pshh, ask for something harder”. They gave us a half a tank of gas and extra windshield wipers without us having to ask just because we asked what size the wipers were. I have nothing but praise for this location and their employees, I will only come here for a car in the future.”

“I really appreciated the honesty of Ron and the service department. I had my truck in for service and they fixed the issue in one day for a very reasonable price. I had previously had my truck checked out at Bob Thomas Ford and was told it had oil leaks on the valve covers and timing cover. I was quoted $1516.91 to repair them but I did not go thru with it at the time. I decided to get a second opinion while my truck was in for service. Ron explained that what my truck had was not classified as an “oil leak” by Ford..it was moisture along the gasket or at most a minor seep. I live close to Ben Davis Ford and work by Bob Thomas Ford but I will be a customer of Yoder Ford from here on! Thank you!”
