When I brought him to Brookdale I was concerned that he would not like the place. However we were both pleasantly surprised by the standards of services provided to the residents, the professionalism of the Staff and wonderful hospitality that the executive administrator Ms. Joy Jackson showed on this visit. While the decision to move him out of his house has been a tough choice for him, the experience we had a Brookdale opened his eyes to the possibility that assisted living may fit his life now.”

“Same problem as others, trying to open a new account for my Granddaughter, joint account. The reason I'm giving a 4 star rating is because of one employee, Julia, Sales and Service Associate. I had two things in mind, the first was closing out my current accounts and taking my money somewhere else. The second was getting the new account opened. One of those things were going to happen that morning, 4th attempt. If it wasn't for Julia I would be banking somewhere else, hang on to her. The reason I'm not giving a 5 star is the bank itself, it's a busy branch, hire some more employees. Maybe at least someone who works Tues - Sat so you have more Sales Associates on Saturdays and through most of the week. Someone just like Julia. Good job young lady!”

Lady in front of me yesterday(11/20/21) ordered enough chicken so her and her husband had enough leftovers for the Cowboys game today. Cool I’m the back who does all the cooking has 43 years of experience making chicken. Very nice and sincere employees at this location who put out the best product they can everyday. Never had a bad meal from here…. 🇨🇱”
