Wellington Green

My husband and I moved into our first home together here at Wellington green almost 3 years ago and I can say we have not been disappointed. Gayle is the best Landlord either of us has had and we absolutely love it here! We have wonderful neighbors and a quiet neighborhood. Gayle is always quick to answer when we have a question or need something and the maintenance team is amazing we love them! The whole team is very respectful and they are quick to help you out when you need, we have never had an issue with any of them. We were supposed to be here for a year but we’ve loved it so much were going on our third year. You also can’t beat the price, we have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms and our home is very modern, the only thing we have to worry about paying besides rent is electricity which is amazing! were located near Walmart, Sams, Target and quite a few restaurants! We’re also close to the fire and police station. The school bus passes through here for anyone who has kiddos In (I believe it’s) GCCS district. Wellington green also has a nice clean pool open during the summer and a nice basketball court. We love that their mailboxes are all in one building and they lock the door when they’re dispensing your mail so no one can steal your mail. I can’t express how much we love living here and how much we appreciate Gayle and her team!

Ty Gayle for getting the tree taken down before fell through my roof. Such a load off my mind. I appreciate the quickness in getting this issue taken care of.

This property has been wonderful to work with!! We are vendors and have had such a great experience with the manager at this property. Highly recommended!

I would like to say how nice Gayle Gregory was in helping me with all the information to transfer the mobile home I purchased from a individual in the mobile home park. She went above and beyond her duties. She is definitely an asset to Wellington. Green!!

Lived here for 2 1/2 years. No problems at all. Very quiet area and very nice owners. Neighbors were friendly. Double wide was very nice. Would recommend if anyone was looking for a place to rent
