“We had our first visit to Aboite Animal Clinic last weekend and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. They examined my new puppy and got him up to date on vaccinations and on needed medications. They also gave me lots of great tips on crate training, potty training, and grooming. “Doctors Kerley and Dass are absolutely AMAZING at Anthony Animal clinic. The quality of care is so good, and they and all of their staff are extremely compassionate. This summer, one of our dogs was diagnosed with a very aggressive form of Lymphoma and it took over very quickly. After the diagnosis was confirmed, Dr. Kerley called me from his cell phone to go over options and to see how we wanted to approach it. He told me I could take some time and invited to call him back on his cell if I had any more questions. Dogs who have this form of Lymphoma often do not survive more than 3-4 weeks after it is identified. Anthony Animal Clinic took such great care of our dog and did everything to keep him comfortable (with no narcotics or pain killers!) and happy so we could enjoy the life he had left for as long as possible. If I called the office with a question, they always found a doctor to talk directly to me and I never felt rushed or hurried to let them go. They were so compassionate and caring. Although average life expectancy with his form of Lymphoma was 3-4 weeks, our pup lived for almost two months, with a decent quality of life. At the end, when he was clearly not feeling well and did not improve, we had to make the terrible decision to have him put to sleep. Before we did that, Dr. Kerley came in and examined him thoroughly. He confirmed that there was nothing else that we could do for him. We had known it was coming, but it was still hard to hear. They said we could take as long as we needed to tell him goodbye and to just knock on the door when we were ready. And the cost was very low. I thought I had heard wrong and asked, but they said that the doctors didn't want to "make money" from euthanizing people's pets. I can't say enough about the quality of care that Anthony Animal Clinic provides, nor about the compassion and sincerity of every single person in that office. And -- they have the lowest prices that I am aware of in town. I commented on that once, and they said that they "want people to be able to afford to take care of their pets." Anyway -- there are not enough superlatives in the English language for me to describe Anthony Animal Clinic. I recommend their services unreservedly.”

“There was a sweet dog that started hanging out around our neighborhood and suddenly yesterday was vomiting and excreting blood, weak. Talked to neighbors and she didn't belong to anybody. Couldn't get ahold of anybody near me up further north. So I called this hospital. Took her down and tested for parvo and was put in a special parvo room so it doesn't get to the rest of the hospital sick. She was positive. They gave me options, but she was so far into it that the only humane thing to do was to euthanize. The doctor and techs were amazing and compassionate. They scanned her for a microchip first, and allowed me to stay with her the whole time. Then when I got the bill, they did not charge for the exam or test, just the euthanasia. The entire time they were sweet and understanding with this strange situation, and I cannot praise them enough!”
