“Met some friends here for a few drinks. Very nice laid back and spacious atmosphere. I think what we liked most was that the DJ played music videos to the songs he was playing. Beers were cold, bathrooms were clean, no complaints at all and hopefully we'll be back!”

“This was one of the cleanest places I have seen. The management was very friendly and helpful. We stayed in a handicap accessible room because my husband is in a wheelchair. They were very accommodating. The room was spacious and the bathroom was huge with a roll in shower. We would definitely stay here again any time!!!”

“Lot rent is better than any other park for this area. Yes, some of the rented manufactured homes are beat up, but they seem to be working on them and a plan to make renters take on some personal responsibility. Pay your rent, take care of their home, and report issues as soon as possible. Be someone they want to keep. I rent to own and find the owner to be straight forward and honest. They have been good to us.”

“I enjoyed my stay here; all the employees were nice and accommodating and went out of their way to help when I needed it. The wifi has definitely been upgraded since the time of the one review that claimed it was super slow. The room I stayed in was as clean as can be expected. I had only pleasant interactions with other residents; nothing unpleasant happened whatsoever the entire duration of my stay. The property is in a great location, for my needs anyway, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. The only reason I left is because I had friends offer me a place to stay for next to nothing, and it's not easy to turn down free rent.”
