They were there the next day and conducted an inspection at her home. They called me to provide a report and came up with a solution for my Mom. John showed her how to combat the small insects without charging us for the house call. Service like this is a rarity in today’s world! I see people crying about being late and them wanting their merchandise back, they are a business and businesses either want their money or their product back, your life’s problems are not theirs. Brittany is always wonderful as long as she doesn’t have to chase you down and then hear your sob story. Every item we have ever gotten anything, we requested brand new and that’s what they brought. Everyone complaining about them needs to look in the mirror and be happy that companies like rentacenter will even work with y’all”
