Good salad bar but anticipate a plate instead of shallow bowl and it's single trip not AYCE. Other salads available on the menu. Great chili Very quaint and appears they do events in a back hall. Nice history on the wall in the hallway. And the broccoli cheese bites are delicious.

You get your money's worth, coming from a semi professional cheapie, that's said a lot.
The atmosphere and the eatery bar reminded me of a place back in the 70's right across the street from Schwinn Bicycle plant in Chicago. Awesome memories.

Off the main road but well worth the effort. Wife said she would like fish. I'm the navigator so looked for fish ahead. This place was a fish or seafood haven. She had the cod, me the coconut shrimp and sides. The locals make it interesting.

Hadn't been in for at least 6 months or so, the place was packed! We sat at the bar, salad bar was pretty good 👍🏻 I had the walleye dinner, and she had the shrimp dinner. Both plates were as good as I remembered, everything was cooked perfectly and tasted great. I'd definitely recommend giving it a try.

I love the place, the people working there and the people eating there too! Best service! Food was delicious and beautifully served. I had the "to die for" walleye dinner. It was superb! The place is very clean and food is fresh. You shouldn't pass it. Come super hungry, food is big.
