Despite the remote location and small size, the owner is extremely nice and will do his best to find you a great price on what you're looking for. He does not currently have any guns on display despite the pictures posted, those are from his previous location. Only downside is that he did not pick up the phone the few times I called.”

“Owner is very cooperative! I moved into town with two vehicles full of stuff that I wasn't going to use immediately, but soon found I had no place to keep it yet. Called the number on the sign, and owner answered and found me a space immediately, even with him being out of town at the time! He was kind enough to mail me a 1 month contract and let me mail the check. I moved out on the last day of the month, and that was that. No BS! Needs a little more space for vehicles to move around but that's the only downside. Definitely recommended.”

Rarely do you pay for something and get MORE than you expected - but that was the case while storing my boat there !! They worked with me and came up with the exact type of safe , indoor , year around storage that I needed for my boat. “My husband is the one who originally got the contract so I had never seen it well when it came time to move into our house it was me on my own as my husband is military and overseas. I went in to ask if there was any way to prorate us for 4 days as our rent was due but being alone I couldn’t move the heavy things I went in to ask and the lady was very rude and disrespectful and said “you signed the contract it says no prorating so you have to have it out or pay for the entire month” I was so upset I fully understand yes we signed a contract but I had no clue as I had never seen it but she could have been a little nicer instead of being so snarky about it just poor customer service although when I went back to pay two days later the young lady in there was super sweet to me so I guess it depends on who you talk to ***Update*** Management contacted me and corrected the issue and were very polite about it and apologized for the issue I had. I’m am very pleased with how the issue was resolved!”
