“I've come here like two times, and I didn't have a bad experience. I got in, explained my problem, and got the prescriptions to heal me. The worst part is the long times spent waiting in-between talking to staff. I wrote this review after reading the ones on the main hospital (and posted it there before realizing this separate area existed). I agree with the problem most people have about wait times, though not THAT long. My last visit was like 2.5 hours, with over an hour in the waiting room. The rest of my review is posted on the main hospital but basically I don't have much to compare this place to and I'm not picky, so if you and your insurance can afford this place, I see no reason to not go (unless you know a place with less waiting or more than 2 TVs on news channels)”

“I loved my experience with the clinic. I spent 10 months at southern Illinois orthopedic clinic, and got no where. This clinic actually heard me and listened to the problem. I was frustrated and ready to give up, with multiple falls and constant pain in the lower back and hips. To find out it was the knee causing me to fall and limp, making my back hurt and making impossible to stand or sit for extended time periods. My knee still hurts but my hips and back are better and I haven’t fallen, I can go up the stairs to my house and get of the floor without help. I can manage the pain with their help.”

“I had issues with OTHER U-Haul places while visiting the Dallas area to pickup furniture! The OTHER locations were a joke! Long story short, this was my 3rd stop at a different U-Haul location in one day. This location saves the day! The owner of this location, Delion (sorry, my spelling might be wrong) was incredibly nice and helpful and provided great customer service! Dr Hughes was very friendly and helpful. He looked at his past issues and had X-ray of legs on site at apointment with out having to go somewhere else and wait for results. He was able to diagnose and suggest a course of action imediatly that works for him. His assistant is also a sports trainer and she was then able to instantly message the schools trainer and work out a plan. Top notch!”
