Diamond Trailer Sales had the most friendly, no-pressure sales people by far. Rob patiently showed us several models that were in-stock, and answered all of our questions. Not finding quite the right unit in-stock, we decided to shop around some more. After discovering a new 2020 model that met our needs, I engaged Diamond Trailer Sales through email to obtain a quote. I was pleasantly surprised that a smaller dealer provided a timely response. We worked out the options, and I was able to place an order without even returning to the dealership. While waiting for delivery, Rob and Steve were both very helpful and promptly returned my calls and emails with questions. When the delivery day arrived, Steve (President/Owner) personally handled the sale and answered some additional questions I had about the unit. The technician provided a comprehensive walk-through and answered questions as well. Again, there was no pressure to rush through the process, and we were very happy with the delivery process. “Traveling and truck wouldn't start after stopping for fuel. After several phone calls, I spoke to Jeff at Route 66 and they were able to look at the truck as soon as I could get it towed in.
