I was then quoted a different price for labor than I was earlier in the day. Ok enough with the bad...Blake at Echelon was awesome!! He told me over the phone what he thought could be wrong and then diagnosed the problem replaced my screen with the old cracked screen so I could use the computer and has now ordered me a new Dell screen which will be installed next week after it comes in!!!! And the pet the other guy said was no good, well Blake said he used it no problem!!! Highly recommend this place!”
