Rachel was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Dr. Courtney explained everything in depth and answered any questions I had. No feeling of being rushed or like I was a burden. I happened to drive down Main after thinking about finding a dentist, saw her name on the sign, called, spoke to Krissy (I think that's her name), she answered all my questions, and I got an appointment. From walking in each person was friendly, spent time explaining what they were about to do and what it meant when done, and answered all my questions from xrays to financing and scheduling sequences. Dr. McGinnis is friendly, thorough, and willing to spend time explaining processes, outcomes, xrays, and she listens.
