The receptionist wished me good morning, the registration person had an fun, and welcoming attitude, and the person carrying out my testing was kind, considerate, knowledgeable, and all-around awesome. “Hands down the best gym experience I have ever had. I am a Yoga Instructor, so the Saturday bootcamp was something out of the ordinary for me, but now I cannot wait to go back for more. I love that Eric guides you through each station and offers ways to use the machines safely and to your personal benefit. I love that he is not yelling at you to go faster, harder, or to push push push. There were many stations with rests on different machines throughout the class. I highly recommend this class for any body type or stage of life, because Eric does a great job and modifying things for you. There are so many different machines and equipment to use, and its very clean and sanitary. Great energy, and it was truly a lot of FUN! Thank you for this wonderful experience!”

“Easy to schedule an appointment to have ingrown toenails removed. Friendly staff. Dr. Aquino has a great bedside manner and did a great job removing 6 sides on 3 toes on my right foot. I scheduled my left foot for the end of November. If you have ingrowns, do not be scared. It is painful the first 12 hours after the procedure and you need to keep your foot elevated. The next day, I could wear shoes!”
