It's a pretty quiet community if you decide to come live here bring money ?plenty of it because you're going to need it if you buy your home and you own it that's good but you still got to pay lot rent and that sucks.and if you're going to buy a home and pay monthly payments to them and lot rent that really sucks.

(August 15, 2020, 8:33 pm)Loved living here for 14 years. Texie, the manager of the park, is a wonderful lady. This Park is right on the bike trails and perfect to walk around the neighborhood. Felt very safe and hardly ever locked my doors. Never had issues with power outage because all the lines were underground. Definitely recommend living here. The only reason i left is because I married and moved to Missouri. Otherwise I would have stayed.
