I was referred to Kraig and Steve from a friend that had done previous business with this Heating and Air company. I have multiple rental properties and furnace services were needed on many occasions. Each and every time my calls were answered the first time I called! They got to my properties within an hour or 2 EVERY TIME. I am always called once the problem is diagnosed and each problem is EXPLAINED to me. I have also called after hours and received the same level of service. Very rare these days. Also, the invoice is detailed and easy to navigate to pay the bill. All around they are great to deal with and the work is quality with quality product. Haven’t had a problem with any units they fixed. I’ve used many companies for this type of work. I will ONLY use them now.”
