“The reception staff were extremely friendly and kind and had a really cute dog! And my hygienist Chris was EXTREMELY competent. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was clearly very well-versed in the software and hardware he was using on the job. He also kindly made an adjustment to his cleaning method when I told him my teeth were very sensitive (in the past other dentist offices have simply forced me to endure the pain). The doctor (I don’t recall her name) was also excellent and very kind and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend this office!”

“I have been going to Dr MacNaughton for close 20 years. With regular twice per year exams and cleanings, I am proud to say I am on the list of smiles that make a dentist proud. I usually only need Yolanda's cleaning services with a quick check by the doc for good measure. Yolanda's bedside manner makes it easy to be comfortable in the chair. She is knowledgeable and gentle in her craft and uses warm water and a soft air gun on me while going through the cleaning portion of my exam as my teeth are sensitive. She also gives me fair warning and notice of the necessity of bite wing and full x-rays so I can plan for the expense with my health savings account as I have no dental insurance. This most recent visit, she even pointed out some minor changes to my teeth and gums and made a recommendation that I have time to access, track progression and consider a proactive approach for long-term dental health. Dr MacNaughton is always very accurate and skilled in the dental progression and has been great about making investments in tools and technology for his practice. He recently purchased a computerized light with a magnifying eye lens on it that attaches to a computer on the ceiling that the patient can view. I could literally see what the doc was seeing and he was able to go through and pin point exactly the couple of small areas of concern that he noted. They are things that he isn't exactly pleased with but told me I can live with for a few more years before becoming a liability. This process is very transparent and you can see the care and attention that Dr MacNaughton has for perfection. The entire team is always supportive of a planned and proactive approach for long-term health which for me has been limited to routine preventative maintenance. While this has allowed me to save money (I have no insurance) by delaying frequency of x-rays and avoid costly procedures and other expenses, it has given all of us reasons to smile. And thus the goal of a dentist.”

I’ve gone to Dr. Dohnalek for many YEARS now and I can say with complete confidence that he’s one of the best dentists around. I admit, I’ve had a few cavities in the past. “Let me start off this review by saying that working with Dr. Ahn has been by far the most positive experience I've ever had with a dental professional 🦷 🗓️ *Location & Wait Times* 🗓️ Dr. Ahn's orthodontic office is situated in the heart of Lincolnshire and is less than five minutes away from Stevenson High School. It is undeniably the most time-efficient dental practice I have ever visited. During my numerous visits here, I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and always felt that my time was respected, which already sets this place above most other medical offices in the area. On top of that, her office staff (Euna, Lucy, and others) were very friendly and always willing to elaborate on any questions I had during the treatment process. ☀️ *Professional, Friendly, and Honest* ☀️ Transparently, as a young professional, I've always been a bit skeptical of orthodontist consultations – especially when it came to getting braces. However, when I met Dr. Ahn, I felt relieved to get direct and genuine answers to my questions and concerns. Dr. Ahn was happy to explain to me the benefits and tradeoffs of different options for my teeth and clearly outlined why she thought the option she recommended was the best option. Additionally, Dr. Ahn was very upfront and honest about the (very competitive) cost of the treatment and even carefully outlined their generous payment plan option. ⏰ *Scheduling Flexibility & Timing Accommodations* ⏰ During my treatment, I had moved to the west coast and was not able to continue coming to the monthly brace check-ups. Dr. Ahn and her team were extremely accommodating of the few days a year I was able to stop by her office and were able to schedule me in within 1-2 week notice. Also, on top of that, Dr. Ahn was able to expedite my retainer waiting time from the usual week after getting braces taken off to just 24 hours to make sure I got them before my flight back home the following day – something that I am still very grateful for. 🦷 *Final Thoughts* 🦷 Working with Dr. Ahn and her team has been a wonderful experience. I felt very comfortable throughout the process and continue to be thankful for being in the trusted care of these amazing people. With all that being said, I highly recommend Dr. Ahn's services to anyone looking for any kind of orthodontic treatment– whether you're a student, parent, or professional. You won't be disappointed!”
