“I had such a horrible experience at my car’s dealership so I started to search for new place to take in my car for maintenance but also issues (check engine light). Auto Lab is now our go to shop for both of our cars. Not only their prices are very competitive but also their employee took time to explain the issues with my car and how we need to address it (using language that was easy to understand for someone who does not understand cars). They did not try to force services that were not necessary for my car - which always happened to me at the dealership.
