“I went on a Monday and at 8:10 there was a line of abut 30 people already. They opened early and I was taken care of in a timely fashion. I had to return because I was at fault, (NOT THEM!). Again we all lined up and I did not experience attitude from the staff. Previous to this I did however have problems when it came to the phone interview appointments, but then again I believe they might be under staffed. If you feel like you have a problem with this office, maybe you can apply for a part time job with them and help out and still receive benefits, or vote in the next election and maybe they will get paid what they are worth when dealing with the public. I make minimum wage, less than 20 hours a week and love people. Some people have bad days. Let's give them a break....just a thought!”

“It was fine. We showed up at 7:30, there was a short line, the security guard made sure everyone knew what was going on in English and Spanish. Everyone working there was friendly and everyone waiting was patient and polite. If you have your act together and everything ready you'll be fine. Maybe some of the other reviewers were having a bad day. It's smaller than the Libertyville office was, so it's a little slower, but we were out with a learners permit in a couple hours. Nobody wants to be there, just be patient and polite and you'll get what you need.”

“Went today to get my new state ID, at first I was worried after reading some of the reviews saying how awful the place was and to my surprise it wasn't bad at all. Everyone there was very helpful and extremely nice, almost every counter was open, and even though it looked like it was going to be a long wait, I was in and out in about 30-45 minutes. I've definitely had worse times at other dmvs and I wish I had caught the name women who helped me, but I told her I would definitely leave a review. So thank you to her and everyone there, you guys were awesome!”
