“I was able to get in and get an MRI on the same day I called because of a cancellation. Then they got me an appointment two days later to see the doc who read the MRI. They scheduled me for the spinal injection the next morning. For someone who was in intense pain I was pleasantly surprised to be taken care of this fast. Thank you! Update - Dr. Lanoff is the coolest MD I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He's not a total stiff or douchebag like a lot of the MDs out there today. He explains the facts, gives his opinion, takes you through the procedure, and executes the epidural. He treats you like a person who is in pain, not just a number or a payment from the health insurance company. I'd recommend him to anyone who was in as much pain as I was. “Giving a 5 star review after my first visit. I have an irrational fear of doctors which has made me not keep up on my health as well as I should. I was nervous about Dr. Kanter because of this fear and just because it was my first visit seeing him. Everyone at this office is so nice. My first point of contact was with the front desk woman and she was very nice. She had me fill out a few forms real quick. Next was my nurse and she made me comfortable and she was so sweet and we talked about our kids and babies and she just put my fears at ease and made me less nervous. Last, I met Dr. Kanter and let me just say that he is the nicest doctor I've ever encountered. He got me back on the correct anti-seizure medicine right away and we talked for quite a while about my medical history and about what's currently happening. He genuinely cares and that is hard to find, at least it has been for me. I had no anxiety or fear by the end of our conversation. I'm just so happy to have finally found a great primary care doctor. I definitely recommend him and his entire staff, they are great!”
