“Personally I feel like we have been getting better and I honestly apologize for any bad service of messed up drinks but I am truly confused on how everyone wants to leave a bad review about how we might have messed up or the drink being bad but never want to leave a positive review. Lately no one has been commenting on our excellent /or sorta of quick service. We really do try to get the costumer(s) their drinks as quickly as possible and to pass them on their way. All we ask is for positive reviews to get ourselves out of the gutter that the old staff has put us all. All we ask is for you to give us a try. If your drink is messed up, missing or doesn’t taste right just let us know and we’ll fix it or refund without a problem. If we’re out of things just remember that it isn’t our fault. We as workers do our best to please you guys as best as we can. We are very busy on the weekends and tend run out of things even if we order double or triple the amount. At the end of the day we are all human beings and we deserve as much as respect as we give you no matter how rude, pushy or mean you are. - thank you”
