Everything from installing new plumbing and fixtures in master bath remodel, to routing out nasty stuff when sewer backed up.....Always on time, always gets the job done and at a fair price. One cold winter when pipes froze, his wonderful wife helped me over the phone to locate a pipe in the basement where I then from her instructions heated it with a hairdryer and "unfroze" the pipe! Now that's service! And no charge!”

“The company that i work for had a customer that needed emergency service today and unfortunately we were so overbooked that we were not able to service our customer. She had water overflowing out of her basement toilet and flooding her house! I referred them to Drain 911 Plumbing and Sewer. Our customer lived in Long Grove and These guys were right next door. Lets just say that my customer was so happy with them that she called me to tell me just how good they were. She was 85 years old and was not prepared for this type of emergency. It is rare this type of thing happens, however in reflection i am glad they were able to help. In the future i will continue to refer Drain 911 and hope they can make all of customers this happy! “I love the people who work at this store. There is an older guy who is just as sweet and cool as could be. However, the service people they send out for doors or windows or other home services, we have had bad experiences with those subcontractors. Poor communication and lack of accountability.”
