They got me in same day and so I was able to coordinate meeting my in laws after work to help load stuff in the unit. The place is well maintained and the units are solid, secure, and in clean shape. “I was looking for a quality company I could use in fall and spring to remove and re-install my trailer hitch on my new Camry. I found a great technician in Arnold Clark, GM of U-Haul Moving of Chain O'Lakes, located in Antioch, Illinois. I called ahead to discuss if he was familiar with my hitch and he assured me he has had experience with this hitch and my car, so I set up an appointment. I showed up on the scheduled time and he was ready to go! His tools were ready and he did not waste any time. I walked across the street for lunch and was so surprised when he called me a short time later letting me know the hitch was removed. The price was fair and I will certainly use Arnold next spring to re-install the hitch. In addition to his skills, the shop is clean and neat. I highly recommend this U-Haul location and Arnold Scott, General Manager.”
