He educates you to make sure you’re doing things the right way. Fast forward to this morning, our alarm goes off to change the filter once more. I call him and he shows promptly and even sent a google map update with an ETA!!! Name anyone beyond Uber who does this and I’ll be flat out surprised. Greg shows up, water tested optimal, and he didn’t even want to charge.
