Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Well stocked, easy parking. It's not the closest hardware store, but it's the one I prefer.”

“I spent 2 or 3 hours working to put together a lamp i purchased online together and the last step had me stumped and the directions were of no real use. So i headed to Zieglers Ace Hardware in Carpentersville and asked if they could help me figure it out and finish assembling the lamp. Melissa was the employee who assisted me and she was fantastic!! Very pleasant and helpful, she was able to finish getting the lamp together for me in under 5 minutes. This was all with a lamp that i didn't even purchase there!
