They are all stand up people who are friendly and straight with you. They don't just try to sell you the biggest, baddest, best item they have. Instead they help you find the item you need for what you are trying to accomplish. This is something you don't get with the big chains and online retailers that have turnover every 6 months with people that haven't / don't learned/know their job. I am actually heading there at open to pickup my tool box for my new truck.
