The units are spacious with utilities included and room to expand. But what makes this location truly stand out is the excellent management. The property manager often goes above and beyond for the tenants and greets everyone with a smile. It gives a great vibe to the place, making it somewhere you look forward to working at. I've had few concerns, but the ones I brought to her attention were addressed pretty much immediately. Communication is phenomenal. So I can easily recommend this location to any small business interested in a turn-key warehouse space or small office.”

“Went with my friend to get some custom work on his 67 Skylark seats and dash. Met John Riggs, 3ed generation owner. I tell you what, this guy is just a really good guy. You just meet him and he's just one of those guys that you just really like. We looked at his shop and showroom and it's really a class act operation with the welcoming like you're his friend of years. He was straight up and told us the work we needed wouldn't be completed until mid August because they're swamped. We didn't even think twice about looking for another shop to get it done quicker because you just knew, no, this is the best place for the job. We never even questioned the price. On the dash board recover he said there was two options and he would call once he got pricing and then let my friend decide which route to go and then the seat pad and recover was a no problem easy repair. I'm 100% CERTAIN, his work and pricing is going to be the best out there. I'm confident we're going to walk away completely satisfied and it's going to be done a lot sooner than expected. Great shop experience.”
