“We opened a savings account at the Pure Point Glendale Heights office. Being baby boomers and having to title the account in a trust, I haven't had the confidence to open an online account. But Yuki made it such an easy application process. For the last year or so I have been thinking about opening an online account, but didn't have the confidence to do it myself. Pure Point, by having physical offices, makes it so easy. After Yuki established our account, Milos, the center manager , walked us thru the entire process of the online account. He answered all our questions, and made sure we were well trained. The next day, Yuki called me to see if I had any questions or problems. In all my years of banking, I have never had such a great experience. Pure Point has great rates, but even greater employees. “This location is professional. Especially Andrea! Who attended me when I got off work and needed to cash out my check. I remember that I didn’t have my debit card or state Id but lucky enough Andrea asked me if I had Apple Pay on my iPhone and I said yes. At that time I didn’t have service but Andrea also told me that they had WiFi and I learned two things that day. That chase had Apple Pay and WiFi! I was so excited and happy.
