She was with kind, patient, and impressively knowledgeable through every step of the process from design through to implementation. She helped me through design (which I’m not good at), answered ALL my questions, tracked my orders to make sure I got everything in, swap things for my when I changed my mind, and even answered technical installation questions at the end. She knows her stuff and it shows! She made me feel like her only customer, remembering me and my order across the several months of our project. Thank you Lauren for being the only easy and fun part of this project!
