“I've been going to Heather for a long time and I've never been disappointed. She's extremely knowledgeable, seeks out new training, and really listens to what you're saying. She does her best to make my requests happen. If it's not possible, or she thinks it'll look awful, she's honest and offers alternatives. I was excited when she started training to do extensions. I came in with thin hair and faded color, and left looking like a movie star! Heather made sure I knew exactly how to take care of my extensions so they would last a long time. And she is always available if I have any questions. The salon itself is very nice. It's clean and the whole staff is inviting and friendly. It's clear all of the stylists have a great rapport with their clients. The decor gives it a modern shabby chic feel that isn't the warmest, but does look lovely. The convenient location and ample parking is a plus!”
