“Frankie and Julie were great! Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. I wanted something a little more complex than what I normally do so I made an appt at Salon Fusion. When I told Frankie (colorist) what I wanted to do in terms of color and style, he was already aware of that style and what color would work best so I didn't have to explain too much or show that many photos (which made me feel more at ease). Usually when I get my hair done, I don't talk too much but Frankie was very nice and we had a great convo! I definitely had a lot of questions since it's been awhile since I've had color and Frankie answered them all. Julie (hairstylist) provided a lot of good advice and suggestions, which I'm not use to and really listened to what I was saying. With other hairstylists I've gone to, I'll tell them what I'm thinking and they'll just do that (no advice or suggestions). When I came in, I wanted to try out bangs (but wasn't sure what style bang exactly) and with Julie's guidance, she advised on what bangs would look best for me.”

“I had one treatment in the WIlmette office and was happy with the results overall although it was painful and very expensive, however for my second treatment (January 2019) which was set on a Tuesday I had made all my hotel reservations and travel arrangements. Friday night I get a call from Dan saying the Dr. had an emergency and would not be there Tuesday. Irina (the owner herself) just called me and was extremely apologetic about the situation. They are bending over backwards to get me in on Weds. so my arrangements will still work with a little tweaking on my part.”
