While I kind of expected a “last min haircut”, that wasn’t the case! Very well done and exactly what I wanted! Everyone here starting with the receptionist to the lovely lady who does nails, are just so down to earth and friendly! I didn’t feel like an out of place stranger. Basia greeted me and discussed her specialties down to a T while I waited for my hair stylist. I loved that she was so upbeat even after a long days work and I was coming in at quitting time.
