“Bought a used Chevy Tahoe from them Aug 2018. Truck was in great condition, and low miles for the year. It had an oil pump failure within a week. Could not blame anyone, just a random chance thing from the auction. Tahoe still covered under warranty by the auction, and 15 day dealer warranty. They put in a replacement engine with 20,000 less miles, zero cost to me and warrantied for a year. Its not about the chance that can happen to anyone, its the Customer Service you receive that separates a great and honest dealer, from the rest. He even fixed a scratch that accidentally occured outside of his control. Alex and Chris were incredibly polite, responsive, and kept me in the loop. Great respectable gentlemen. Alex goes above and beyond. Highly recommend these gentlemen.”
