“I can’t say enough good things about my rental experience with Fox at ORD. I picked up my car Feb 6,2020 at 10:30 am. No lines. Christian helped me start the process, he was kind and knowledgeable. I went upstairs to go get the car. The staff there was also super helpful! Got a 2019 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport which had 15,500 miles and was very clean no smells. Drove 1,000 trouble free miles during my week in IL. I will absolutely be using Fox again for my visit in April. Thanks for all the help!!”

“My car was in the shop and my extended warranty covered a 2-day rental. We went to this Enterprise because it's around the corner from where we live. We arrived roughly 20 minutes before they closed. Both employees were welcoming and efficient. They already knew the procedure with reservations through warranty companies. They got us in and out with 15 minutes EVEN with a line of other folks waiting and being helped. I would definitely go back to them again.”

“I didn't even rent from Hertz but Abdul went above and beyond to get me on my way! Got to the airport with 5 kids on a red eye flight. After learning that I prepaid 3rd party, I was going to have to wait 4hrs for Thrifty to open. Abdul got a supervisor to help with the transaction and got me a into a vehicle. I can't thank him enough for going above and beyond when he didn't have to. Next time I'll rent from Hertz for sure!”
