“I needed a barong for my 7 year old and my husband (arab) for my sister's wedding. It was last minute but ate charisma scheduled to meet three days later. She planned accordingly, asking for sizes, fabric, date of the event and told me to bring shirts because I wasn't going to bring either son or husband. When we met I was scared I wouldn't find the suite but she provided a map with thorough instructions. The staff knew to expect me and help guide me to the suite. Upon arriving i was offered beverages. I was then escorted to her suite and she had the barongs laid out as well as a book incase I didn't find something I want. She started with a presentation, a 101 on barongs and fabrics. I informed in our call I wanted the high end fabric so it looked polish and elevated. She had a few picked out but she nailed it. “In flight disturbance caused drinks to the crotch! Thank goodness for Oakley's having dry pants that fit! Had a 7 hr flight ahead of me, made the $77 pricetag for a pair of cheap cotton/poly blend cargo pants feel like a deal! LOLOL The young man was VERY nice but they've no dressing room. I put the pants on over the wet ones to try them on -in a corner of the store! A bit big, but better than too little and FAR better than the wet ones!! Lost phone during that mad dash and today, thanks to store manager, I finally got my lost cell phone returned! THANK YOU!”
