“Update: after giving them one star review, Costco Vision Center reached out to me and were able to get me contacts almost right away. It would be 5/5 if my business was handled like that the first time Avoid this place at all cost. I took an eye exam for contacts in November and was told my trial contacts will arrive in a week, but they never did (it's January now). I asked them in person multiple times, and they always say that someone will call me, but nobody ever does. Or that there's contact lenses shortage - which there isn't. I cannot use information from Costco exam at another optometrist because they didn't put enough info on it, so I wasted $135. The doctor who scammed me was Stephanie Roytman. Staff never knows what's going on, and always lies about calling back, and they don't pick up phones either. Do not go to this place, they'll scam you.”

“My order arrived yesterday of the Billion Dollar popcorn. Let me start off by saying that it's just as good as you think. It's for sure some of the best Carmel corn I've had. My experience with the online order was great, I had some questions and they answered quickly. My order was also shipped in a timely manner. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because there was a lack of the gold flakes. I didn't expect them to be "drenched" in gold but my batch looks like normal Carmel corn... I WILL be ordering again in the near future. ”

“I have struggled to find delicious Chinese food in this neighborhood, but Mr. Dumpling has satisfied that craving! Their dumplings are top notch, and good value. Some of the best in Chicago I would say. A lot of flavor options for them too. We also thoroughly enjoyed their pineapple fried rice and vegetable lo mein, it had some uniqueness to it. “SUP Yoga is the best way to start the weekend or close out the day. It is equally relaxing and challenging. Curin tailored our class to fit all of the attendees skill and experience levels (which ranged from never having been on a paddle board or taken a yoga class to those with more experience with yoga and paddle boarding). And you can’t find a better location for photos documenting the experience with the city backdrop! I highly recommend this class.”

“I heard the horror stores of wait times for Costco Tire Service, so I arrived 15 minutes before opening and was 4th in line. 3 year old tire punctured and not repairable due to internal damage from driving on it (one block?) My warranty says 90,000 miles, but Costco employee says 5 years. Hmm. He says it will be covered and will take 2 hours. I've heard online that it usually takes all day regardless of time estimate, so I took the bus a short ride home. 1 hour later I get a call the car is ready. The tire was replaced, prorated for wear. All tires inspected and rotated. $23 all in, pretty nice. Low expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the great service. Thank you!”
