Not only was their price the most competitive, I truly appreciated their honesty and transparency. Instead of trying to sell us boxes and blankets which we needed, they told us what to do and where to get the most cost-efficient materials so they didn’t have to over charge us. That made the difference. I also called them several times and they were super responsive and accommodating to our needs. The day of the move was exceptional. Sure, the crew showed up late since their other move ran late. I was nervous since our apartment has strict elevator usage and we were approaching the limit. But they made up for it in an incredible manner. The crew, Phil, Christian, and Jose, were fast, professional, super careful, friendly, and... did I say fast? Wow! They were the best! Highly recommend them and will certainly call them again when we need to move things out of storage. A+ all around.”
