“Mark and his crew are great. 10/10 recommend to anyone needing insurance or needing to swap agents. My other agent through State Farm wasn’t working to the best of his ability, paper work was getting messed up, phone calls, emails, and letters in the mail left and right. Mark told me “don’t worry about it, it’ll all be taken care of” and he did AND lowered my premiums. “We have had our insurance through Jim Fuentes State Farm for years & years! We've never had any problems, in fact, when we had a bad hailstorm, Jim's insurance office was more than helpful. I don't understand some of the reviews I just read on here, I will say that if anyone ever has an issue, they need to contact Jim personally to get it worked out. As a business owner myself, we can't always be there to answer each question & rely on employees to help us handle a situation. Jim is nothing but the BEST in our eyes!
