My first interaction with Autonology wasn't the best, because I "felt" like I was being taken advantage of after they assessed and estimated the cost to give me the best results. Something I'm sure most people, who love their vehicles, experience when they need/want new work done and they're not experienced with the work that has to go into it, or the cost for the parts. Nevertheless, I wrote a review expressing my grievance, and Eddie reached out to me. After an informative discussion, I decided to return to Autonology. It's been one of the best decisions I've made related to the care of my vehicles. Eddie is responsive, timely with repairs, and the quality of work is great. They'll give you options that'll fit within your budget, as well...within reason, of course. They're my go to shop, now. If you have questions, talk to Eddue...he'll get you straight.”

“The moment I had stepped in the door, I immediately received a sincere greeting that let me know I came to the right place and for me that was reassuring. I came in on a Tuesday morning around 9am and With in 10 minutes my car was in the garage; I was very pleased with that. They gave me a detailed estimate that was written down. I felt they tailored a solution for my 2005 Buick that has over 200,000 miles. Instead of spending $400+, I spent half that. And when I got back in my car, I felt like it was made new, seriously!!!
