We live in Western New York and Mike took care of everything for me. He ordered the floral arrangements, arranged the music from my playlist, collaborated with the pastor and videoed the service and posted to website. Later, Mike helped me start the design of Glen’s headstone. Mike and his staff are compassionate, efficient and so very kind.
