“We are very happy with the customer service. We had a very complicated problem with billing from prior mismanagement by prior employees. We cannot say enough good things about how current management took the time to listen and realize the seriousness of the prior management errors and then took aggressive action to correct. Thank you for your attention to detail and professionalism. Overall, the gym has a cleaner look and feel to it, definitely a difference since last year. “My daughter needed a gym for a fitness class so we checked around a few places and decided on crunch. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had all the info we needed to make our decision. One thing that I was concerned about was having my daughter in the situation where a biological male might be allowed to come in the locker room or bathroom she's in and the staff members I talked to didn't really know what the policy was since this is Caldwell and we really don't have much of those issues, but we were able to get an answer from a manager and they keep locker and bathrooms divided by biological sex, which was a big selling point for us. On top of that they have a great workout space with 2 areas for yoga, stretching, and various exercises that don't require a machine or free weights. There was lots of spots to work free weights, many different style weight machines with instructing on use on them which was nice, and plenty of treadmills, stair climbers, and bikes, I don't think I saw an elliptical though. We'll be doing this class until January, but I can see us continuing to go to this gym even after that.”

“I dropped in here with a friend, and the people here were amazing! Several people introduced themselves, and everyone was super supportive during the WOD. Everyone was smiling and happy to be there. The coaches were friendly and asked about my needs and level of fitness. I know the coach would have been happy to work with me for scaling options. The gym was clean. It was dog friendly...always a plus for me. It was kid friendly, too. So, I would highly recommend!!”

“I love this dance studio! The staff are amazing and they keep a very warm and personal environment in the studio. They are well trained in providing the most positive experiences for the kids. We have always had age appropriate costume designs and choreography. I never have to worry about bringing sensitive friends and family to performances since modesty is respected. The instructors are amazing at meeting each dancer where they are at and growing individual skill level. I would recommend to anyone that appreciates a challenging, yet safe environment for their dancer.”

“I have been coming to this gym for seven years. It is an older gym but I have not had issues finding machines and treadmills that work. I train on average twice a week with Mehdin. He takes his role of trainer and coach seriously. He asks a lot of questions about physical capability as well as limitations. He then customizes a workout to provide good exercise but without injury. He does not watch me work out on the machines, which I can do on my own. Instead, he actively participates in the exercises so that he pushes me to a level I would not get yo otherwise.”

“After being at a horrible gym, this place immediately felt like home. On our daughters first day she fell back in love with gymnastics and now after one year of being here we couldn't be happier! The staff is amazing and knowledgeable and works as a team, if one coach is better at something or they have a different idea that could help they will switch for a day. The cost is significantly less than what we paid to compete prior and they have beautiful team gear. They focus on quality not quantity and while their classes are growing they are bringing in new experianced coaches to keep up with the growth. My daughter went from being overwhelmed and discouraged to having confidence and moving to the top of the pack while still being challenged. I honestly cant say enough about how amazing they are!!
