“I filled out form on ipad. I had list of my medicines and supplements. The front desk told me to just put see list in computer, but the medical assistants did not take my list, and I had to beg the front desk to take it. for this and other reasons, I do not think the front desk and the medical staff are well coordinated. Doctor explained options clearly, and explained what I needed to do to to pursue the one I was considering. Overall, outcome was what I think I need.”
