Installed new chain and cassette professionally installed on my Trek 5000. Noticeable performance difference. Helps make the virtual ride very enjoyable. Nicely done!

Even though I do not own a trek bicycle, I still go here for all my cycle needs. The next bicycle will definitely be Trek. Though I believe they’re expensive but since I found out they are Wisconsin base, I wanna support my local company. That’s not the only thing I love their bicycles and I think there is very good value there.

Andrea was exceedingly helpful to me. I needed a bike, but I am very short and difficult to fit on an adult bike. She helped me try over a dozen bikes. I also got a trainer, and she hooked up the bike I was interested in to the trainer and helped me learn how to attach it. It was very helpful.

Friendly staff that goes out of their way to satisfy the customer. Great bikes and great service. They make you feel special. Try to find a company that does that any more - its hard.

Andrea working at Trek west store was super nice, helpful and she guided me and my family about the different bikes. Her attitude was so welcoming.

We took a horse that we are rescuing to Idaho Equine today and received exemplary care! Everyone was kind, considerate and gentle. It was an awesome experience! Thank you!!!!

My horses have gone here for their purchese exams, teeth, Osphos shots and now strangls. Every person we have encountered from the receptionist, to the dentist, to the vets have been professional, caring, and not pushy about pushing the budget. They took excellent care of our horses. I love how willing they are to answer questions and explain everything they are doing along the way. We are greatful to have such an amazing equine vet in the valley. We will never go anywhere else.

Absolutely blessed to have this facility and the amazing folks who work there. I can't say enough great things about EVERYONE at Idaho Equine! Dr. Brinkerhoff saved my boy's eye, consulted with a specialist when needed, put up with my questions and rollercoaster of emotions, and did it all with honesty and a smile. I am eternally grateful.

So thankful to have this wonderful equine hospital in our area. All the vets we have seen there have been great. Can't say enough good things about them.
