The care, patience, support and understanding we have experienced with TJ, Marty, Sarah Hall, Sarah Tish, Carl Printz, Jennifer and right down to Cindi at the front desk has constantly blown me away. I can't put into words how much the entire Caldwell staff has meant to us and how life changing they've been. Unfortunately, we had a pretty epic failure of an interaction with Nichole who was working the crisis line tonight, which is the ONLY reason I took away a star. I'm pretty sure she must work at the Boise location, as she is NOT reflective of the amazingness we have always encountered at the Caldwell location! I HIGHLY recommend the Caldwell branch to anyone looking for help. The staff is amazing!”

“My daughter needed a gym for a fitness class so we checked around a few places and decided on crunch. The staff is very friendly and made sure we had all the info we needed to make our decision. One thing that I was concerned about was having my daughter in the situation where a biological male might be allowed to come in the locker room or bathroom she's in and the staff members I talked to didn't really know what the policy was since this is Caldwell and we really don't have much of those issues, but we were able to get an answer from a manager and they keep locker and bathrooms divided by biological sex, which was a big selling point for us. On top of that they have a great workout space with 2 areas for yoga, stretching, and various exercises that don't require a machine or free weights. There was lots of spots to work free weights, many different style weight machines with instructing on use on them which was nice, and plenty of treadmills, stair climbers, and bikes, I don't think I saw an elliptical though. We'll be doing this class until January, but I can see us continuing to go to this gym even after that.”

“It’s a super clean gym with nice staff. There’s a variety of equipment which is great. However, it’s so busy it’s hard to use anything in the weight room… even at night. Caldwell definitely needs a bigger location sooner than later.”

“All the doctors and staff are cordial and professional. I found it really helpful that I could speak to a doctor when I called for follow up. I didn't have to wait for a call back which seems to be the standard these days. From the scheduling and follow up they made this a good experience. The work they did was awesome and I not only feel better but look a lot better too. I could have chosen someone closer but I was so impressed with everyone there that I had all of procedures done there. Anyone that needs this type of procedure should strongly consider contacting them.”
