When I called I was impressed with the worm welcome as I asked about the units you had available. KEN was very informative about size and price and the unit I'm renting is just what I needed,My daughter had called earlier and you folks made her feel that she would rent it but I had asked her to find it for me.I have rented in Boise from stor it in the past and always liked there professionalism ,I would tell my friends about them .

Storage is secure, clean, and easy to use. Prices are high. They go out of their way with good customer service.

Finally getting out of my storage after several years, although I think it was too expensive I held on for sentimental reasons, the last increase got me motivated to get out of it, I have to say Ken has been a pleasure, friendly, kind and professional. Thanks Ken
