“This has been an amazing journey! I really like the model the clinic uses, with a combination of working with a physical therapist and a trainer. Staff has been great- positive, supportive, encouraging and so very skilled and knowledgeable! Chronic back pain (compression fracture of the lumbar spine) is why I sought treatment. Not only was that addressed, but my spine is more limber. For the first time ever I can bend over and touch my toes. I so appreciated the time taken to explain what was happening physiologically, the purpose of the various treatment modalities, and what to expect. Each visit, Gavin spent the whole hour (and more) with me regaining strength and ROM. I was impressed with how many different techniques he used and how effective they were. My flexibility improved greatly after just the first visit. He also had a great list of exercises for me to do at home. Overall, Gavin knows his stuff and I am FINALLY walking without assistance.”
