“I cannot say enough about how wonderful everybody who works here is. My dog Alfie, an English bulldog had many veterinary needs over the course of his 11 years. Their expertise, compassion, and genuine care made his way too many visits as easy as it could possibly be, even in difficult situations. Every time I brought him in, even without an appointment, they greeted him by name. Due to his medical issues there were many times he needed last minute appointments, and they worked around what they had every time, to accommodate his needs. On the rare occasion they couldn’t, they still found another option and followed up afterwards. There were also several times he needed refills on prescriptions urgently, and they expedited that as well. I have to mention specifically Kris- she is by far the most helpful and genuinely caring person I have encountered at any veterinary practice. If you were looking for the best care, you can possibly provide your pets, I cannot say enough good about them. Highly recommend.”

“I have used Costco, Albertsons, and Fred Meyer and we pick up medications monthly for years now. It has been a nightmare after covid at the pharmacies. I am empathetic that they are understaffed but I am not empathetic when they are rude, condescending and unprofessional. I switched to rite aid and I thought I was time warped to a different planet. It was easy no lines the pharmacist was cheerful and helpful. I was confused for a second because bad service had just become the norm. Thank you Rite Aid for making my day start out with a smile!!!”

“Great first vet visit! Had to go in for an emergency visit for my cat. As soon as we got there, we were immediately taken back to a room where we comfortably waited to be seen. My nervous cat nearly fell asleep, that's how comfortable the room was. Dr. Hadley made us both feel welcomed and explained everything along the way. Left finally getting a definitive diagnosis and proper medication. Would highly recommend!!”

“UPDATE: I take back a lot of what I said. I’m so impressed with how Peterson Chevrolet has handled my situation, I will absolutely buy another vehicle from them. And that says a lot because I’m in Utah with several other dealerships very close to me and it’s a five hour drive to Boise. They have sincerely apologized for not filling up the gas tank, something they normally do and have made up for it. Not only did they help me receive the GM accessories I was supposed to get, but they’re also having them shipped to a dealership that is local to me. I’ve honestly never dealt with a more transparent dealership and I would highly recommend them. Huge thanks to Christian, Rob and Andrew for taking care of me. I love my truck! Purchased brand new truck, gas tank was empty. Was supposed to receive $1000 in GM accessory credit. Still waiting for Andrew to call and explain how I will receive my credit. I was really happy with my purchase until afterwards when I didn’t receive all that I was supposed to. Kind of feels like once you sign the paperwork, they’re done with you.”

She took the time that I felt was necessary to flesh out and address my needs in order to best treat my condition. As a person who has had a lot to say over the the past ten years, and not the means to say what was in between my two ears, (Because of the speech diagnosis I had.) her patience and warmth was very welcoming. I came to Dr MM for a condition that western medicine had no answers for, and for which eastern medicine thought it could help, but didn't. The treatments were gentle and highly effective and took place over the course over a short six months. I have my voice back in full range and greater strength than before!”

They text you when they fill your prescriptions and let you know of up coming refills. They contact your doctor for you if you run out of refills and will do automatic refills. They help you get discounts thru companies and work with most insurance. It even has drive thru!”

I used to go to Walgreens right across the street but the amazing fart ice here and the fast assistance and their ability to actually care about their customers has been a huge difference. They’ve helped out when my daughters doctor missed a refill and gave her a few to tide her over so she wasn’t without for several days and then just took it out of our next order. So appreciated!”
