“We had just gotten back from vacation, and our hot water heater kept throwing the breaker, so we had no hot water. I called and spoke with Jeff around 8 a.m. the next day, and he stopped by about 2 hours later. He looked things over and diagnosed the problem and the solution within 5 minutes. Our 20+ year old heater had filled with sediment(made worse by a new well we had installed last year) and shorted out the element inside the unit. What made this issue worse is that our hot water heater is in our basement crawlspace, and we would have to remove the toilet in order to remove the dead heater, assuming it was dead because of too much sediment. The other part was that it would've cost us a lot to have it drained and replacing all of the electrical and elements. We worked on pricing and the work detail and settled on our best option monetarily, which was to install a heater in the corner of our basement bathroom. We got a great deal on a new heater that is FAR more accessible and more energy efficient with a larger gallon capacity to boot. Jeff was friendly and professional and even swept the floor. He finished the installation by about 6 pm, and we hat hot water for showers the same day we called. Any plumbing issues we have in the future will go through Jeff and Byers Plumbing. Jeff was knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with doing a good job at a fair price. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend Jeff at Byers Plumbing, specifically.”

“I contacted Bearded Hammer to ask about building a frame around a gable fan on the side of our house. The cutout was very rough and looked horrible. He responded back within a few minutes and came by later that day to take a look and to give me an estimate. He was very professional and polite and stated that he had a cancellation and could come by the following day. I was just expecting him to build a simple frame around the fan, but I was surprised to see that he went above and beyond what I expected. I have included before and after photo and since I told him I was going to paint the house, he even caulked and prepped his framing for me. Why? Because that’s the kind of guy he is! He did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend him for any of your home repair needs.”

“We just had Luke, from Quality Service Plumbing, out to check a concern we had in our Master Bathroom. First, I'll start by saying Luke was very prompt, courteous and professional. What was our concern? After running the hot water in the bathroom sinks, we have heard what sounds like dripping for a short while after we turn water off. He explained that the noise was created from the pipes expanding into a too tight pass through the framing in the house. My husband had already been under the house and we knew it was dry down there. Luke's explanation relieved us as we were prepared for an "I need to cut out under the sink". Expecting a charge for the "house visit", Luke said "no charge". We now have our forever plumbing company! We highly recommend!”
