“Susan Sansom took over the office of Dr Radnovich through advanced specialty care and I couldn’t be more grateful. I was worried because Dr. Radnovich was such a kind caring and thoughtful doctor. But Susan made the switch seamless. She was very kind and attentive. I could really tell that she cared about what I was going through and didn’t rush the visit. She also was able to offer me primary care as well as pain management services. Which is exactly what I wanted. A doctor that knew me and everything I was facing and trying to accomplish with my health care. She went the extra mile with addressing my specific needs , lab work, and helping me with my insurance. The office staff is amazing as well. A special thanks to nance , issabelle, crystal. They all are so nice and welcoming and do not rush you. They always pick up the phone when you call. “This is my 3rd natural beauty salon and I can finally say I’ve found a stylist. Before I talk about the great qualities, much must be said about the front desk and the miscommunication. I called 1 week prior to scheduling an appointment. I asked the receptionist to give me a moment as I wanted to read reviews to determine which hairdresser I will go with as this was my first time. I called her back about 5 minutes later and stated, “I will go with Miss Casey”. She corrected me and said “Casey is a man” which didn’t bother me one bit. I arrived 15 minutes ahead of time as I didn’t want to be late. I introduced myself and stated I was here for Casey. The receptionist immediately became confused and said I was booked with someone else. I insisted that is NOT who I asked for and I wanted Casey if possible. Casey overheard and walked over. He politely and generously apologized for the mixup and offered to start me but I had to wait as he already booked another woman under my time slot. The only issue with that was I had something scheduled after my hair appointment and couldn’t make it so I was quite frustrated. Now about Casey. What a wonderful stylist! He’s amazing. He was punctual (considering the e mix up). Directive with questions about my hair. Trimmed well. Fast and washed my hair so well while explaining what products he was using every step of the way. Casey I hope one day you open your own salon. You are destined for greatness As far as the front desk they need someone more mature and organized. Lastly, when I asked to speak to Casey the receptionist told me —- “no, the stylist don’t talk to customers.” I found this odd but went along with it. Had they allowed a conversation like I asked, perhaps we could have avoided this double booking and my disappointment that I had to wait to be seen although I was given a time slot. Overall I will return but it won’t be frequently.”

“I had my lips down by Travis April 21st, 2021!I was SO nervous (not a fan of needles lol) I was sweating head to toe and anxious as ever. For my new lips and being in a new environment. The receptionist was so kind and bubbly!! She really made me feel welcome. Travis definitely helped my anxious self when I got into the room. He was bubbly as well and was singing with the radio and dancing a bit. He did pretty well at keeping my nerves at bay. My lips came out so natural and I’m so in love with them. I’m honestly thinking of going a bit bigger and wanting to come back to him. He was just so easy going and wonderful. He was a vibe and had an awesome personality.
