Brad, the store manager, went ABOVE and BEYOND in explaining the process of transitioning from Sprint to T-Mobile. He made the entire experience enjoyable while helping us and other customers in the store. We were in and out with brand new phones and service within an hour and a half. Beyond impressed with the service of this store and would 100% recommend to anyone! I would ask for Brad in a heartbeat to get the best service and knowledge when it comes to this!”
